The Breville Infuser espresso machine uses a steady low pressure pre-infusion to gently expand the grinds before stepping up to high pressure for an even extraction. The electronic PID temperature control delivers increased temperature stability for a better tasting beverage. The Auto Purge automatically adjusts water temperature after steam for optimal espresso extraction temperature. Plus, the Dry Puck feature removes excess water from the filter basket after extraction for easy disposal of the coffee puck.
