1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • On which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods, or
  • In the case of an order for multiple goods delivered separately, on which you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform:

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement, for example by email.

A sample withdrawal form can be found at the end of this policy.
Use of the form is voluntary.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

The refund will be made:

  • Without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed with you.

You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

3. Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs when the goods are free from defects.

For defective, incorrectly delivered, or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Reduction in Value

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if that reduction results from handling that was not necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in accordance with Section 357(7) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Examples of handling that may result in a reduction in value include:

  • Visible signs of use
  • Missing tags
  • Damaged packaging
  • Used or opened hygiene products

6. Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if the seal has been removed, such as underwear
  • Personalized or individually manufactured products
  • Goods that can spoil quickly
  • Goods that cannot be returned for health protection reasons
  • Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
