1. Accepted Payment Methods

Vintage Circle Kleve accepts payments through the following payment providers:

  • Credit and debit cards via Stripe
  • PayPal

Supported card types may include:

  • Debit cards
  • Credit cards
  • Prepaid cards, where supported by the respective card issuer

Supported card networks may include:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Maestro

The payment methods available for your order will be clearly displayed during checkout.

2. Payment Timing

  • The full order amount becomes due immediately when the order is placed.
  • For card payments processed through Stripe, the amount is charged after successful authorization.
  • For PayPal payments, payment is processed through your PayPal account according to PayPal’s applicable terms.
  • If a payment fails, for example due to a bank, card, or payment provider rejection, the order may not be completed.
  • You may retry the payment using another available payment method.

3. Currency, Prices and Taxes

All prices on our website are:

  • Displayed in Euro (EUR)
  • Inclusive of applicable statutory VAT in Germany, where required by law

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

All applicable prices and any available payment methods are clearly displayed before the order is completed.

Vintage Circle Kleve does not store complete credit card or payment card details on its own systems. Payment processing is handled through Stripe.

4.2 PayPal

We also offer PayPal as a payment method.

When you choose PayPal at checkout, payment processing is handled by PayPal. Depending on the payment method and your PayPal account, PayPal may process information necessary to complete and secure the transaction.

5. Refunds

Refunds will generally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, where technically possible.

Refund conditions:

  • Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal Policy.
  • Processing by Vintage Circle Kleve generally takes 5–10 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.
  • Additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer, Stripe, or PayPal.
  • Return shipping costs are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Fraud Prevention and Payment Rejections

To prevent fraud and misuse, we reserve the right to:

  • Manually review orders
  • Request identity verification where necessary
  • Cancel orders where suspicious activity is detected
  • Decline certain card or PayPal payments
  • Issue refunds before goods are shipped where necessary
